User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

Prarang Ads Policy

1. Illegal Products or Services

Ads must not constitute, facilitate, or promote illegal products, services or activities. Ads targeted to minors must not promote products, services, or content that are inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe, or that exploit, mislead, or exert undue pressure on the age groups targeted.

2. Discriminatory Practices

Ads must not discriminate or encourage discrimination against people based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition.

3. Drugs & Drug-Related Products

Ads must not promote the sale or use of illegal, prescription, or recreational drugs.

4. Weapons, Ammunition, or Explosives

Ads must not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives. This includes ads for weapon modification accessories.

5. Adult Products or Services

You must not use targeting options to discriminate against, harass, provoke, or disparage users or to engage in predatory advertising practices.

13. Positioning

Prarang reserves the right to modify the final ad positioning for maximum efficacy of the advertisement.

14. Tag Selection

Prarang reserves the right to modify/reschedule the tag of the daily post.

15. Relevance

All ad components, including any text, images or other media, must be relevant and appropriate to the product or service being offered and the audience viewing the ad.

16. Accuracy

Ads must clearly represent the company, product, service, or brand that is being advertised.

17. Lead Ads

Advertisers must not create Lead Ads questions to request personal information such as account numbers, card details, religion, race, political affiliation, username/passwords.

18. Spyware or Malware

Ads must not contain spyware, malware, or any software that results in an unexpected or deceptive experience. This includes links to sites containing these products.

19. Multilevel Marketing

Ads promoting income opportunities must fully describe the associated product or business model, and must not promote business models offering quick compensation for little investment, including multilevel marketing opportunities.

Terms and conditions for Organizations

We appreciate the trust you place in us when you visit our site. We have underlined the various policies of our site below. When you browse our site, you agree to the below terms.

2. Advertisers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in a variety of consequences, including the cancellation of the ads you have placed.

3. Once displayed, ads are public information. Ads may be re-shared and accessed outside of the targeted audience.

4. We reserve the right to reject, approve or remove any ad for any reason, in our sole discretion, including ads that negatively affect our relationship with our users or that promote content, services, or activities, contrary to our competitive position, interests, or advertising philosophy.

5. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to make sure the advertisement reaches Prarang at least 7 Days before the ad is scheduled to be displayed(where applicable), failing which Prarang will not be liable for any shortcomings in the positioning/aesthetics of the mentioned ad including rejection of the ad in certain cases.

6. All Daily and Sponsored ads must adhere to Facebook ads approval policy, Prarang isn’t liable for any ad rejection or delay in approval from Facebook.

7. The Daily Post tags will be displayed up to 3 months in advance and can be rescheduled without prior notice unless it is a special day (festival/event).

8. Transactions Between Users-When a product is listed for sale on the Bazaar Platform by a seller, Products sold to the buyer by such seller will be governed by individual contractual arrangement entered into directly between the seller and the buyer.

9. For any Bazaar Services, Prarang does not represent either the seller or the buyer in specific transactions. Prarang does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Platform or the ability of the sellers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.

10. In the event that any User has a dispute with any party to a transaction, such User agrees to release and indemnify Prarang (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction. This clause shall also apply to any additional services opted for by the User by accessing any link from Prarang site to avail of services related to the transaction of buy-sell conducted on the Prarang Platform.

11. Prarang records and retains records of Users' browsing or reading activities on the Platform including but not limited to IP addresses, browsing patterns and User behavioral patterns. In addition, we gather statistical information about the Platform and visitors to the Platform including, but not limited to, IP addresses, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors (together "Browsing Information").Registration Information, Account Information, Activities Information and Browsing Information are together referred to as communication data (“Communication Data”) which may include personal data (“Personal Data”).

12. It is mandatory for Users of the Platform to provide certain categories of Communication Data and Personal Data (as specified at the time of collection). In the event that Users do not provide any or sufficient Communication Data and/or Personal Data marked as mandatory, Prarang may not be able to complete the registration process or provide such Users with Prarang’s products or services.

13. Under no circumstances shall Prarang be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the Platform resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.

14. Prarang employ commercially reasonable security methods to prevent unauthorized access to the Platform, to maintain data accuracy and to ensure the correct use of the information Prarang hold. No data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. As a result, while Prarang try to protect the information Prarang hold, Prarang cannot guarantee the security of any information User transmit to Prarang and Users do so at their own risk.

15. Featured listing is a feature that enables the display of your store in a designated area of the Website and/or in a highlighted manner (depending on the platform the content is being viewed), so as to distinguish it from other content posted on the Website. In the designated area of the Website pertaining to Featured listings, are listed in a sequential manner. This feature has been provided to enable users to draw attention to their listings and increase the likelihood of receiving responses from potential buyers. We do not guarantee an increase of a specified quantum in the responses received by you and any representation on the Website in this regard is merely indicative. Prarang reserves the right to limit the extent and manner in which Featured Listings may be edited by you.

16. Your posts may contain information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials, including Content created with or submitted to the Services by you or through your Account. 3. Once displayed, ads are public information. Ads may be re-shared and accessed outside of the targeted audience

4. If you are managing ads on behalf of other advertisers, each advertiser or client must be managed through your own account. You are responsible for ensuring that each advertiser complies with Prarang’s Advertising Policies/Terms and conditions (Highlighted in the B2C and B2B Policies Section). The advertisement is only considered placed once the full payment amount for the selected ad is received by Prarang.

5. We reserve the right to reject, approve or remove any ad for any reason, in our sole discretion, including ads that negatively affect our relationship with our users or that promote content, services, or activities, contrary to our competitive position, interests, or advertising philosophy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

While our focus is towards providing complete customer satisfaction. In the event of underperformance or unjustified delay in the services provided, we will refund the concerned amount, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Requests for cancellation must reach us a minimum of 2 business days before the stipulated service period according to the purchase.

Refund Policy

In case an ad gets rejected for 3 simultaneous calendar days, then the paid amount will be refunded and the ad will be considered cancelled.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Site Policies, Modification & Severability

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of Prarang Website, to understand our practices. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies at any time.
