Damoh is a city in the Sagar Division in north-eastern Madhya Pradesh in India. The city is located 250 kilometres (155 mi) east of the state capital, Bhopal. It is the administrative headquarters of Damoh District. It has a total population of 1,39,561. The highest employment in the district is in Agro based, FMCG, Textile, Jute, Wood, Leather, Chemical and Rubber industries.
